We loved the beautiful setting, luxurious spa, and helpful staff. Our two-year-old daughter was made to feel welcome with a special meal and shallow end in the perfectly heated pool. The restaurant served dinner on our terrace every night, providing a tranquil experience.

Nothing not to love, although it is far from the city center. Transportation options are available.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the bustling city centre, but renting a car is recommended. It is situated in the Palmerie area where a great restaurant we had booked was nearby. the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was amazing with a variety of dishes to choose from. the swimming pool was beautiful with peacocks wandering nearby.

The entertainment options within the hotel were limited.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was incredible. the breakfast buffet is simply amazing, with a great variety of dishes to satisfy all tastes. the hotel location is perfect for those who want to stay away from the chaos of the city center, but still be within easy reach of the main attractions. the hotel staff is very friendly and always goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms. It was a bit annoying to hear conversations from neighboring rooms, but this didn't take away from the overall experience.

What a fantastic stay! The interior decor created a very authentic feeling. I loved the abundance of comfortable spaces to relax in both indoors and out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. They were always friendly, and accommodating. The spa services we had were relaxing and high-quality. Plus, the property boasted beautiful surroundings.

Although the breakfast was adequate, We really enjoyed the variety and options elsewhere on the property. , it was occasionally challenging to find hotel personnel in the evenings when we had questions.

The only minor issue we had was with the breakfast, which lacked variation in the buffet. this was a minor aspect in comparison to the overall experience offered by this hotel.
